Granted Ministries shipping policy will normally ship your order within 24 hours, after a successful credit card transaction. Large orders of CDs or DVDs may take up to 48 hours. You can select from various shipping options during the checkout process. We offer US Postal Service, UPS Ground, and UPS rush-type services. We recommend UPS Ground for most orders, especially larger orders of books. We do our best to ensure that books are packaged and shipped properly and carefully. If your package is lost or damaged, we will do our best to reship it in a timely manner with no additional cost to you. However, if you choose to have your order shipped and delivered by USPS Media Mail, then Granted Ministries will not be liable for damaged or lost materials. We can provide receipts as proof of shipment, but we cannot be liable for errors in delivery and transportation by the USPS Media Mail. However, if you suspect that your USPS Media Mail package has been opened or otherwise damaged in transit, please notify us. We want to know of any problems our customers are experiencing with third-party shippers.
We can ship to most addresses in the world. But to save on shipping costs, anyone ordering from outside the United States should see if they can order from one of our distributors first.
International customers may need to pay customs fees upon delivery of their shipments, if they made use of UPS. By ordering from us, they accept responsibility for these charges.
We usually ship every weekday, though there are some rare exceptions. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday, or major holidays. If there is any delay in your order due to a problem we are having, we will contact you within 48 hours of your order and handle it however you would like us to.
You should receive a tracking number for all UPS shipments providing you with real-time tracking. If for some reason you do not receive this information, please contact us via phone or email. We are glad to be of assistance. Tracking is usually not available from USPS, and its Priority Mail can only be tracked within the United States.
If the shipping address provided is undeliverable or provided incorrectly, we are not responsible. If items are returned by the carrier, we can reship the order for a fee of $8.00 or the cost of postage, whichever is greater.
We offer a full refund on all books, but those returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. CDs and DVDs may not be returned, unless they were shipped with a plastic wrapping around them and that wrapping is still intact. We make most of our CDs and DVDs to order, so returns on these products are not generally feasible. It is always best to contact us directly before sending in a return, so that we can give you specific packaging instructions. Items must be packaged carefully, since any item returned in damaged or "used" condition will receive less refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable both to and from Granted Ministries. If your return is due to an error on our part (you receive an incorrect or defective item), we will refund all shipping costs associated with returning the book to us.
Refunds will be applied to your account at Granted Ministries as a credit, unless you prefer we refund you directly. If you prefer a direct refund, we can do this by a refund to the credit card used on the purchase. You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your item to the return shipper, although in most cases you will receive your refund much sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
